Warranty

Every brand-new instrument you buy from Awtar is covered by a 2-year shop warranty. If a covered fault appears within two years of delivery, we repair the instrument — and if we can't repair it, we replace it.

What's covered

• All brand-new instruments purchased from Awtar, in-store or online
• Manufacturing and workmanship faults that appear under normal use

What's not covered

• Normal wear and consumables (strings, batteries, drum heads)
• Damage from accidents, misuse, humidity or unauthorized repairs
• Used, clearance and display items, unless stated otherwise on the product page

How to make a claim

Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page with your order number and a short description of the issue — photos help. We'll arrange an inspection and sort it out from there.
