This set is made of perfectly round and smooth Nylgut® trebles, that provide a fast sound attack and great acoustic projection, combined with silver-plated wound bass strings on a multifilament core of Nylgut®. These basses are characterized by high tensile strength and great stability to climate change, allowing a fast and stable intonation, excellent acoustic performance and a long life of the strings.

Nylgut® represents the point of arrival of our research, aimed to recreate the tone of natural gut, allowing the rediscovery of the sounds that were familiar to the great masters of the XIX and XX centuries, as well as presenting an excellent intonation stability, higher than that of the best Nylon® strings, together with a longer durability and much lower costs than gut.
